We do not make any endorsement or representation as to the accuracy of information contained within the linked websites.

Kanvale Pty Ltd  does not claim that any information obtained from this website is virus free and does not take responsibility for any viruses, faults or other defects.

You, the customer are responsible for scanning any information for viruses.

Every effort has been made to ensure product image and pricing accuracy, however the Kanvale Pty Ltd  has the right to change prices without notice.

Personal information that has been provided by you will not be provided to any other source, however your email address will be linked to our database to use for future specials and promotions. If you do not wish this to occur please advise via the form on the Contact Us page.

Payment is via Paypal or via an approved 14 day account once your order is placed. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you as soon as possible via e-mail. We will endeavour to have your order fulfilled or suggest a comparable product of similar nature.

If we cannot fullfill your order a full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.

Customer Service Policy

Goods are subject to availability. All items that are displayed on the website are available to purchase however from time to time a Supplier may not be able to provide a product for whatever reason and in this situation ordering this product may be out of our control. In the event that we cannot supply a product we will notify you within 2 working days of your order and will notify you via e-mail. We will suggest a comparable product of similar nature. If we cannot fullfill your order a full refund will be given within 5 workings days where you have already paid for the goods.

It is our intension to only display available products for sale. If a Supplier is unable to supply a product for whatever reason we will have this product removed from the website.

Please choose carefully as products are not refundable unless:

The product is faulty. The product can be returned within 7 days after purchase if the product is found to be faulty or not the correct part. A replacement product of the same kind will be replaced by the supplier of this product. You will be responsible for the return freight charges.

No returns after 7 days will be accepted.



Motorcycles ordered will be shipped via TNT unless the client specifically requests another freight company. Wherever possible we will ship your order by Australia Post either normal post or express post bag as they deliver to the greatest range of delivery addresses and will take the shipment back to your Post Office if you are not home. If your shipment weighs more than what Australia Post will accept (currently 20 kgs), then we will use TNT Road Express.

Shipping times vary depending on how far you are and the weight of the parcel. As a guide, you should receive your goods within 3-5 days. Western Australian customers should be aware that minimum delivery time is about 5-10 days due to the distance involved.





Once your purchase has been confirmed and payment received and receipted, your order will be shipped either by Australia Post or via TNT Road Express  who we use for heavier items. You will be required to sign for your package. For larger items 20kg or heavier, please ensure that you have included your delivery address as we cannot send to a Post Office Box. If no one is available to sign for the package a card will be left and your parcel re-directed to your nearest Courier Depot for your collection. If you require insurance of your parcel please phone our customer service team using one of the methods on the “Contact Us Page” to have this insurance included and outline the additional cost to you. A Tax Invoice will be included with the package. Please allow 2-10 working days for delivery.


How can I pay for my order? Credit Card payments are accepted.


We accept payment via Mastercard, Visa credit cards, paypal or direct deposit. Goods will not be dispatched until your deposit is received and cleared at our bank. An interim Tax Invoice will be issued on checkout and emailed to you. Our official Tax Invoice will be forwarded with your order.


Regular customers can also arrange to setup a 14 day terms account on application.
